Old Red

I carved a T-Rex skull out of a single piece of Old Growth Redwood Burl estimated to be over 1000 years old. No expense was spared on this sculpture. I spent over 400 hours meticulously carving every last detail. The skull measures 34” long, 26” tall and 21” wide. (Including the base it measures 34” long, 57” tall and 22” wide.) The base has a solid oak tabletop dyed black with brass accents. The base is a modern design made from powder-coated steel. There are LED lights inlaid into the pedestal that light up the skull from within. The lights have a multiple lightening modes, a dimmer and a remote control. The lower jaws can detach from the upper skull, as well from the pedestal if needed. Estimated weight of skull and pedestal is 120 lbs.
